A message dated July 15, 2016, was received stating the Governor                                                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

     "An Act authorizing the Alaska Industrial Development and                                                                  
     Export Authority to issue bonds to finance the infrastructure and
